This visa can be obtained by the spouse and children of the holder of a work KITAS with index 312 or Investor KITAS 314/313.
The 'family' KITAS is issued to family members for 1 or 2 years, but not beyond the validity of the primary applicant’s KITAS.
Required documents for visa application:
• Original passport valid for at least 18 months
• Child’s passport and sponsoring parent's passport
• Company documents
• Bank statement showing a balance of at least 2000 USD for the sponsor and each child (parent's account, in any bank, any currency, in English; for children, parent’s statement suffices)
• Parents' marriage certificate
• Child’s birth certificate
